We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However please keep in mind that photographs have a difficult time showing exact colors and that the actual color of a product may vary slightly from what is shown in one of our website images.

In most cases, used or open box items purchased from GiveU Warehouse and shipped from GiveU.biz can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

If a popular item is out of stock, we try hard to restock within 2 weeks.
For slower selling items, we try to restock within 1-2 months.
However, please understand that restock times will vary greatly because some of the manufacturers we work with arevery small.

For domestic orders (within the United States), we offer:
• USPS First Class: 3-5 Business days to most locations (DOES include tracking information) Only for packages 15 oz. and under.
• USPS Priority: 2-3 Business days to most locations (DOES include tracking information)
• USPS Priority Express Overnight: Overnight delivery to most U.S. Locations (not guaranteed). Order must be submitted before 3PM CST to be eligible for Same-Day Express Shipping. (DOES include tracking information)
For international orders, it depends on weight. For packages under 4 lbs, international orders will be mailed First Class. If the package weight goes over 4 lbs, then it changes to Priority Mail International. All weights may be shipped via APC without having to upgrade class of shipping.
• USPS International First Class: 7-14 Business days to most locations (Russia Estimated Shipping Times Currently 3-6 Weeks) (Does NOT include complete tracking information, limited tracking depending on varying consistency from country to country)
• USPS Priority Mail International: 6-10 Business days to most locations (Does NOT include complete tracking information, limited tracking depending on varying consistency from country to country)
• USPS Priority Express International: Average delivery of 3 to 5 Business days. (Average Number of days may vary based upon origin and destination). (DOES include tracking information)
• IMEX: Average delivery time 10-21 Business days, after arriving and departing the IMEX shipping hub in Elk Grove, IL. (Russia Estimated Shipping Times Currently 3-6 Weeks) May take up to 5 business days additional to ship from FiXT Warehouse as we ship multiple packages to the hub at the same time to save YOU money. (Does NOT include tracking information, except showing when packages are received and depart the Elk Grove, IL shipping hub)
• IMEX TRACKED: Average delivery time 4-9 Business days, after arriving and departing the IMEX shipping hub in Elk Grove, IL. May take up to 5 business days additional to ship from FiXT Warehouse as we ship multiple packages to the hub at the same time to save YOU money. (DOES include tracking information)

We ship worldwide. If your country is not listed in the country field at checkout, please contact us and request it be added.
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes imposed by Customs when your order reaches your country. FiXT is not responsible for taxes and customs charges, please check your local country’s policies.
Most ‘in-stock’ items ship within 1-3 business days and many times within 24 hours. When items have been shipped you will receive a ‘shipment notification’ via e-mail, including tracking information when applicable. Additionally, you can log into your account and see that your item has been shipped.
International Orders may take up to 5-7 business days to process before being shipped in order to offer discounted international shipping rates through a new postal partner that we process via weekly batch shipments.
Our shipping warehouse located in USA and China. Our store uses real-time shipping calculation and allows you to choose the type of shipping method you prefer (ie – first class, priority mail, etc…) Shipping times vary according the ship method you select.
Note – We ship Monday through Friday, but do not process shipments over the weekends.
